While it says two miles ... it really means "feel like 20 miles". The last two miles suck tremendously. The rain and hail didn't help either. But, again, we didn't know about them, yet.

I decided that a quick jaunt to the summit and back would be fun, on the third day. But this is still the second day.

See? This is from the summit. No pictures for the last two miles because I couldn't take my camera out of its case due to the rain. For a better picture, one would need to step out onto that very secure looking bit of ground, and lean out over the edge. I chose not to. Sorry.
