Finally, a full week late on a two-day delivery, FedEx finally manages to deliver my Kensington airplane power chord, so that I can watch movies all the way to Hawaii and back. I almost had to cancel the whole trip.

Downtown Hilo, HI. This is on the Big Island (ie, Hawaii). It's a very, very boring town. There is nothing to do. This is where grandparents go when they want to vacation in Hawaii.

More of downtown Hilo, HI. They were setting up for some musical festival thing. I was fortunate enough not to be caught there during the performance. I suspect it was probably more "traditional hawaiian" music.

In downtown Hilo they also had this fruit market. Really good fruit. Kind of expensive. Amazing mangos, though. Yum.

One of the shops in downtown Hilo. There was also this commercial that played on the radio every now and then that I suspect was with regards to this place. The commercial indicated that they could help you with preparations for meeting in the after-life. With no further explanation. I was afraid to go in and ask.
